About The Position

Ruttger's Bay Lake Resort is seeking a seasonal Resort Driver for Shuttle & Boat operations. This role is part of the Odyssey Resorts team, recognized as a Star Tribune Top 200 Minnesota Workplace. Requirements

Must be able to pass Ruttger’s background check.
Valid Driver’s License.
Ability to stand; walk; sit; kneel; lift; push; pull; reach with arms and hands; move objects weighing up to forty (40) pounds.

Nice To Haves

CPR, First Aid, and Boating/Water Safety certification preferred.
CDL/Chauffeurs Lic preferred.
MN Driver’s Lic. Or equivalent mandatory

Responsibilities

Safely operate shuttle vans, buses, or boats along designated routes.
Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections (fluids, tire pressure, lights, safety gear).
Ensure vehicles and boats are clean and fueled.
Greet passengers and assist with loading/unloading luggage and boarding.
Adhere to all safety protocols, traffic laws, and maritime regulations.
Maintain accurate logs of trips, fuel consumption, and passenger counts.
Report delays, safety concerns, or mechanical issues to dispatchers immediately.
Clean and care for boat/shuttle bus.
Foster positive working relationships and communication with all departments.
Assist with all resort activities.
Perform outstanding guest service daily.
Maintain interdepartmental lines of communication, and interact daily with guests and resort staff.
