The Highlands at Harbor Springs is seeking a proven leader in accounting and finance to join the Executive Team and help spearhead the resort’s effort to create lifelong connections through unforgettable mountain and lakeside adventures for our guests. The Controller is a key leadership role responsible for directing all financial and accounting activities while supporting the achievement of revenue, income, and guest service objectives. This full-time, year-round position reports to the General Manager (with dotted-line reporting to the corporate accounting group) and serves as a contributing member of the Boyne Resorts company-wide finance and accounting team. At the core, this role is about securing, managing, and allocating resources. The ambitions of our team outpace our resources.
