The Bell Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly and efficient manner. The Bell Attendant is also responsible for assisting hotel guests with luggage, including delivery and pick up of guest luggage during arrival and departure. This role involves maintaining a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients, acknowledging and greeting guests, and using proper phone etiquette. Key duties include conducting room presentations, assisting with room changes, maintaining knowledge of hotel facilities, opening doors, assisting with directions, taxis, reservations, and providing information about the hotel and local attractions. The attendant also assists with off-site transportation, correctly tags and stores luggage, ensures safe transport of guests and luggage, monitors and maintains cleanliness of guest services areas, and delivers messages or amenities as requested.
