Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Ability to remain calm in a stressful and/or hurried environment
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Good to Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Must be able to pass a background check

Nice To Haves

• Previous guest service experience in a luxury hotel or resort setting

Responsibilities

• Possess an extensive and intimate knowledge of the hotel operational policies and procedures to assist guests with a vast array of resort services and information.
• Transport luggage to and from Resort Villas.
• Facilitate guest traffic in the Villa Registration area.
• Appreciate the opportunity to be of service to guests.
• Uphold the Core Values and policies & procedures of the resort.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
