About The Position

We are seeking a highly personable, detail-oriented leader to assist the housekeeping department by overseeing and aiding the Resort Appearance Attendants in meeting all cleanliness and guest service requirements. Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service and information to the guests. Assist the attendants in cleaning assigned public areas throughout the resort, including food and beverage guest locations. Assist in emptying trash in all public areas and clean public area restrooms. Assist in vacuuming carpets where needed. Follow departmental policies, procedures, and service standards. Report necessary maintenance items. Maintain accurate inventory of equipment and supplies as directed. Practice safe working techniques and is knowledgeable of all safety and emergency procedures.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to work inside and outside of the resort of all lodges on property
Must be able to understand and follow oral and written instructions and communicate effectively in English
Flexible work schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays; timely and reliable attendance is essential even in inclement weather
Walking and standing throughout entire shift doing assigned tasks, and frequently squatting, kneeling, bending, pushing and pulling
Occasionally lifting or carrying more than 50 lbs, and frequently reaching above shoulder level
Ability to interact with the public and co-workers in a friendly, professional manner
Ability to work both independently and within a team, often with little supervision
Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
Customer service-oriented attitude and demeanor

Nice To Haves

Previous housekeeping and supervisory experience a plus!
Desire to be an integral part of a growing housekeeping team
Attention to detail, cleanliness and dedication to creating a welcoming space for guests will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities
