About The Position

The Resort Appearance Ambassador is responsible for the cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the Resort, including bathrooms. This role involves maintaining a clean and organized work area, listening to guest concerns, and ensuring assigned duties are completed in a timely manner. The position requires the ability to work with team members in a guest-facing environment, perform multiple tasks, and maintain a flexible schedule. A positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to changes are essential. The role also involves floor care such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.

Must be 16 or older
Must be able to work weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
Empty all waste containers
Listen to guests concerns and relay them to management in a timely manner
Cleaning of bathroom and restocking dispensers
Maintain cleanliness of parking lots by refreshing garbage cans and pick up looses trash
Complete assigned duties in a timely manner
Perform all job functions and tasks as assigned
Foster an environment of teamwork and mutual appreciation
Floor care including sweeping, mopping and vacuuming
Additional duties as assigned by Supervisor
Perform other duties as assigned by Resort Mangers/Supervisors
