Docketly is an appearance counsel provider that matches local attorneys with large firms needing coverage for short, procedural hearings nationwide. They are seeking a Verifications Specialist to ensure the accuracy and quality of hearing information before it is shared with their attorney network. This is a full-time position located at Docketly's HQ Office in Longmont, Colorado.

Requirements

2 years' experience in data verification, customer service, tech support, or a similar role
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable with repetitive tasks and maintaining focus in a fast-paced environment
Basic troubleshooting experience

Nice To Haves

Exposure like Claude, Codex, and OpenAI Platform are a plus.
Any experience in SQL, Python, Java a plus
Eager to grow with a rapidly-scaling business
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Detail Oriented and confident navigating multiple systems
Strong communicators who enjoy problem solving and teamwork
Motivated to identify and prevent errors before they happen

Responsibilities

Review and verify hearing information for accuracy before publishing to our attorney network
Compare details from multiple sources to ensure consistency and completeness
Accurately document and confirm hearing data, attachments, and related materials
Send out verified hearing schedules and links to attorneys
Respond to tickets and basic customer service inquiries, offering simple tech troubleshooting when needed
Maintain a consistent pace of verification, meeting and exceeding daily and weekly targets
Communicate clearly and ask questions when clarification is needed
