About The Position

The Resolution Consultant is a position that uses technical knowledge to defend and explain our reports, which insurance carriers, our customers, use to settle their complex and specialty claims. You will work on a small and collaborative team that will rival your curiosity and inspire you to expand your technical-working knowledge. Our specialists take ownership of each claim and confidently drive escalations to resolution. The ideal candidate is a fast learner, resilient, and possesses a strong service and technical acumen. By nature, they want to know how mechanical machines operate, are curious, and constantly take things apart just to put them back together. Our team is highly customer service focused and strives to go the extra mile to ensure customer, and their customers', satisfaction. Alpine Intel conducts all of our training in-house so all you have to bring is your technically curious mind and we'll teach you everything else!

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a customer service and/or escalations role.
  • Outstanding customer service demeanor and experienced in back-end sales.
  • Experienced in presenting and educating clients on technical concepts.
  • Proven understanding of mechanical and technical functions.
  • A knack for negotiation.
  • Ambitious and looking to grow yourself as a professional while growing alongside our company.
  • Motivated to expand your knowledge base and love to research on your own.
  • Practice in maintaining a positive attitude in customer service roles.
  • Demonstrated being detailed and efficient in multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Pays close attention to detail.
  • Sets a standard for yourself in being punctual for your scheduled shift.
  • Coachable and open to feedback.
  • Ready to be a sponge to information, learn, and execute.
  • Not afraid to handle frustrated callers with grace.
  • Adapts quickly and smoothly to process changes and platform updates.
  • Pride yourself on reliability, follow through, and teamwork.
  • Able to pass a federal and criminal background check.
  • Authorized to work in the United States and do not require work authorization sponsorship by Alpine Intel for this position now or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Interface with insurance adjusters to educate and provide a clear understanding of our report breakdown and defend the technical findings from the assessment.
  • Investigate and resolve end-user customer service escalations.
  • Communicate with technicians to interpret and explain damage assessments to third parties.
  • Examine technician documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain insurance adjuster relationships and satisfaction to preserve clientele.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
