About The Position

QuestMark Flooring, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is a national industrial flooring company specializing in concrete polishing and epoxy systems. The Resinous Field Supervisor leads and oversees resinous flooring projects, managing crews, training installers, coordinating with operations managers, and ensuring epoxy and resinous flooring jobs are completed safely, on time, on budget, and to quality standards. The role covers projects across multiple states and involves regular travel to job sites.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in resinous flooring, including epoxy, urethane, MMA, or similar systems.
Proven leadership experience in a field supervisor or foreman role.
Strong understanding of floor preparation, moisture mitigation, cove systems, and coating application.
Ability to read specifications and interpret scopes of work (SOWs).
Ability to manage multiple crews and projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead field crews on resinous flooring projects across multiple states.
Ensure quality installation practices, proper material use, and jobsite safety.
Coordinate job schedules, site mobilization, and crew planning with operations.
Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to installers and foremen.
Communicate with project managers and sales representatives regarding job progress and issues.
Conduct job walks, prepare punch lists, and manage closeouts.
Track daily production, labor, and material usage.
Travel to job sites as needed.
