About The Position

QuestMark Flooring, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is a national leader in industrial flooring, specializing in concrete polishing and epoxy systems. The company has served manufacturing facilities since 1968 with concrete floor solutions. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Field Supervisor/Superintendent supervises multiple production crews. The role includes conducting pre-job inspections, planning work for labor crews, and coordinating with the Warehouse Manager to order materials. The position also involves managing project costs and profitability, communicating with customers and the sales team, monitoring safety and job progress, and documenting project activity.

Requirements

2–3 years of finished concrete or epoxy flooring experience.
Good working knowledge of flooring procedures and safety.
Excellent communication skills.
Analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational/time-management skills.
Valid state driver's license in good standing.
At least 18 years of age.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Must pass a pre-employment drug test.

Nice To Haves

Polished concrete and epoxy installation experience.

Responsibilities

Understand and read blueprints and develop project phasing plans.
Interact with potential and current customers.
Manage each project's labor, material, and other costs, as well as profitability.
Conduct pre-job meetings and prepare job progress reports.
Oversee job safety.
Supervise and evaluate crew members.
Work with the sales team on project change orders and adjustments.
Maintain project documentation, including photographs, tracking reports, and completion forms.
Conduct pre-job inspections and plan jobs for labor crews.
Work with the Warehouse Manager to order materials for jobs.
