About The Position

QuestMark Flooring, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is a national industrial flooring company specializing in concrete polishing and epoxy systems. The Field Supervisor/ Superintendent reports to the Operations Manager and supervises multiple production crews. The role includes conducting pre-job inspections, planning work for labor crews, and coordinating material orders with the Warehouse Manager. The position also manages project costs and profitability, oversees job progress and safety, and maintains project documentation.

Requirements

2–3 years of finished concrete or epoxy flooring experience.
Good working knowledge of flooring procedures and safety.
Excellent communication skills.
Analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational/time-management skills.
Valid state driver's license in good standing.
At least 18 years of age.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Must pass a pre-employment drug test.

Nice To Haves

Polished concrete experience.
Epoxy installation experience.

Responsibilities

Understand and read blueprints and develop project phasing plans.
Interact with potential and current customers.
Manage project costs, including labor, materials, and other expenses, and oversee profitability.
Conduct pre-job meetings and prepare job progress reports; oversee safety.
Supervise and evaluate crew members.
Work with the sales team on project change orders and adjustments.
Maintain project documentation, including pictures, tracking reports, and completion forms.
Conduct pre-job inspections and plan jobs for labor crews.
Work with the Warehouse Manager to order job materials.
