About The Position

The Molding Resin Handler is responsible for handling resin material and delivering resin material throughout the Molding department. This role requires adherence to various training requirements including customer-specific, departmental-specific, environmental systems, health and safety awareness, IATF/ISO related training, and Quality Management Systems.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED is preferred, but not required.
Ventra Hi-lo license (or willing to train to obtain).
Past manufacturing experience in Molding is preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintaining mixed resin levels throughout the department.
Thoroughly cleaning all material hoppers and grinders after each material change.
Assisting team members in unloading trucks containing resin material.
Properly labeling all resin and grinders.
Mixing resin for the designated area.
Utilizing metering devices to calibrate concentrate usage in an environmentally safe manner.
Operating hi-lo and other machinery safely.
Maintaining a positive attitude throughout the shift.
Communicating any issues relating to the assigned job with the previous/next shift.
Maintaining compliance with company policies, work rules, and safety and housekeeping standards.
Following ISO 14001 and TS 16949 requirements.
Performing other duties as assigned by the area supervisor or manager.
Understanding and managing the Environmental Management System (EMS).
Understanding and managing the Quality Management System (QMS).
