About The Position

The Molding Resin Handler is responsible for handling resin material and delivering resin material throughout the Molding department.

Requirements

• Ventra Hi-lo license (or willing to train to obtain)

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred, but not required.
• Past manufacturing experience in Molding is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining mixed resin levels throughout the department.
• Ensuring that all material hoppers and grinders are thoroughly cleaned after each material change.
• Assisting team members in unloading of trucks containing resin material.
• Properly labeling all resin and grinders.
• Mixing resin for the designated area.
• Utilizing metering devices to calibrate concentrate usage, ensuring that all work is done in an environmentally safe manner.
• Operating hi-lo and other machinery in a safe manner.
• Maintaining a positive attitude throughout the shift.
• Communicating any issues relating to the assigned job with the previous/next shift.
• Maintaining compliance to company policies, work rules, and safety and housekeeping standards.
• Following ISO 14001 and TS 16949 requirements per standard.
• Awareness, understanding, specific responsibilities and management of the Environmental Management System (EMS) as stated in EMS Policy CEVPL.00005.
• Awareness, understanding, specific responsibilities and management of the Quality Management System (QMS) as stated in CQAM.00001 – Corporate Quality Manual.
• Other duties as assigned by area supervisor or manager.
