About The Position

The Molding Resin Handler is responsible for handling resin material and delivering resin material throughout the Molding department. This role requires dependability, attention to detail, teamwork, and communication. The incumbent is responsible for the awareness, understanding, specific responsibilities and management of the Environmental Management System (EMS) and the Quality Management System (QMS).

Requirements

Ventra Hi-lo license (or willingness to train to obtain).
Past manufacturing experience in Molding is preferred.
Availability to work subject to manufacturing needs.
Overtime availability.
Physically Demanding (i.e. Capacity to lift weights) up to 75lbs.
Use of PPE’s.

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma or GED is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Maintaining mixed resin levels throughout the department.
Ensuring all material hoppers and grinders are thoroughly cleaned after each material change.
Assisting team members in unloading trucks containing resin material.
Properly labeling all resin and grinders.
Mixing resin for the designated area.
Utilizing metering devices to calibrate concentrate usage, ensuring environmentally safe practices.
Operating hi-lo and other machinery safely.
Maintaining a positive attitude throughout the shift.
Communicating any issues relating to the assigned job with the previous/next shift.
Maintaining compliance with company policies, work rules, and safety and housekeeping standards.
Following ISO 14001 and TS 16949 requirements.
Performing other duties as assigned by the area supervisor or manager.
