About The Position

World Relief seeks a Resilience Programs Coordinator to support individual and group case management activities for clients impacted by vulnerabilities that impede stability and integration. The Coordinator will work alongside Specialists to conduct client assessments, facilitate integration workshops, and assist clients in overcoming barriers to achieve program goals. This role involves research, resource development, and collaborative analysis to identify upstream solutions. The position requires cultural humility, trauma-informed practice, and knowledge of community resources. This is a limited-term position funded through a grant agreement until 8/15/2026, contingent upon funding extension.

Requirements

  • Mature and personal Christian faith.

  • Desire to serve and empower the Church to impact vulnerable communities.
  • Able to affirm and/or acknowledge World Relief's Core Beliefs, Statement of Faith, Christian Identity and National Association of Evangelicals' For the Health of The Nation document.
  • At least 2 years of experience working or volunteering in immigrant rights work or family case management.
  • Demonstrated understanding of case management processes, strengths-based perspectives, and trauma-informed practice (preferred).
  • Excellent time management and planning skills, and a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Highly motivated with good follow-through and problem-solving skills.
  • Skill and sensitivity working with people from various backgrounds and beliefs.
  • Ability to work well on a team in a synergistic work environment, a flexible and motivated team player.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Teams, Excel, Word) and case management software, including Dynamics and Salesforce.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable access to an insured vehicle required.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and MVR check.

Responsibilities

  • Provide necessary interventions to support successful client goal achievement.
  • Identify appropriate internal and external referrals for client success.
  • Support the planning and facilitation of trauma-informed, culturally relevant psychoeducation groups and workshops.
  • Ensure follow-up and track external referrals for client access and connection.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential case records in compliance with agency, funder, and legal requirements.
  • Research and develop resources and materials to identify upstream solutions to immigrant stability.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
