The newly created programs coordinator role supports the delivery of South Puget Sound Habitat for Humanity’s construction, homeownership, home repair, education and outreach, advising, and volunteer programs. The coordinator will establish, maintain, and improve services and processes to best meet the growing demand for our programs. Through efficiency, creativity, and innovation, this role will directly enhance the customer experience so that we can serve even more community members going forward. This role is for an order-loving, detail-noting, systems-maker who wants to work for a mission-focused organization. The ideal candidate thrives wearing multiple hats and doesn’t let things fall off their radar. They are a proactive, team-oriented colleague who’s equally comfortable face-to-face, on the phone, or using tech-forward solutions. They want to help as many of our South Sound neighbors as possible to live in safe, healthy homes. They are an organizer at heart and love creating systems that will both increase programs participation, as well as enhance the experience for participants. They lead with curiosity and are happy to dig into and make sense of new things for the benefit of others.
