Requirements
- Associate degree in human services or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human services for awake nights, overnight and weekend shifts
- Must have a valid NC driver’s license

Responsibilities
- Offering appropriate intervention services
- Facilitates individual, group and family conferences
- Provides appropriate referrals to residents and families as needed
- Maintaining the residence and clients in a clean and safe environment
