About The Position

At Four Oaks, Residential Therapists are a key member of the treatment team within our Qualified Residential Treatment Program (QRTP) to assess and treat therapeutic needs. Therapists provide mental health services and partner with case professionals to provide clinical direction, assuring best outcomes for each client from admission to discharge. Therapists complete clinical assessments, treatment plans, individual, family and/or group therapy. Therapists are able to utilize assessments to determine therapeutic or behavioral health needs and make referrals deemed appropriate to improve client outcomes. Therapists are able to obtain additional training to help advance them in their practice. Therapists have the opportunity to attend case consultation group with colleagues as another avenue for professional growth. Therapist are supported through regular supervision, agency supports, and developed policies and procedures. Supervision hours towards full-licensure are available, if needed. Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Eligible licenses include: LMSW, LISW, LMHC, tLMHC, LMFT or tLMFT.
