About The Position

The Arch is hiring a Residential Technician to provide a steady, supportive presence for individuals navigating recovery. The role supports residents’ safety and well-being, helps them adjust to the program, and contributes to a positive, welcoming environment. The position is full-time, with a consistent four-day work week consisting of 10-hour shifts, scheduled for evenings or overnights. The listed pay range is $18.00–$23.49 per hour, based on experience. The work is guided by the mission of creating pathways to a bright future and the vision of becoming the provider of choice for a behavioral health continuum of care for at-risk individuals and families.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Supervise and support residents to ensure their safety and well-being.
Uphold the mission of creating pathways to brighter futures for at-risk individuals.
Help residents adjust by providing orientation and guiding them through daily tasks.
Enforce policies, maintain documentation, and manage incident reports to ensure compliance.
Conduct property searches for contraband and help ensure a safe environment for residents.
Collect urine samples for drug screenings when required.
Work with a team of professionals to create a positive, welcoming environment.
