About The Position

Photogenic, the Souvenir Division of Cherry Hill Programs, creates souvenir photography experiences in partnership with retail locations, tourist attractions, and destinations across North America. Sales Associates at the Gateway Arch take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs, while delivering excellent guest service and helping photo operations run smoothly. The role involves operating a point-of-sale system and photography equipment, processing sales transactions, handling cash, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. Associates should be comfortable working outdoors in natural weather conditions and during peak retail periods, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Other tasks may be assigned.

Requirements

Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to process sales transactions and comfort with cash handling.
At least 16 years of age.
Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
Comfort working outdoors in natural weather conditions.

Nice To Haves

Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.
