Residential Supervisor
About The Position
The Residential Supervisor is responsible for overseeing resident care and IHP programs on the Main Campus in Napoleon, OH. This is a full-time, 80-hour per pay period position on the 2nd shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM), with the expectation of flexible working hours for occasional meetings. The role involves assigning responsibilities to Direct Support Professionals, orienting, supervising, and evaluating their performance, and managing personnel issues. Additionally, the supervisor will schedule DSPs to ensure resident safety and quality services, assist the QIDP in monitoring IHP goals and services, and review/monitor documentation on Care Tracker. This position reports to the QIDPs and Amy Krassow, Director of ICF Services.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Good communication, computer and writing skills.
- Excellent attendance record and performance evaluations.
- Must be able to drive Filling Home Vehicles.
- Must be willing to swim with residents, as needed.
Nice To Haves
- One year of experience working with DD population.
Responsibilities
- Assigns responsibilities for resident care and IHP programs to all Direct Support Professional staff.
- Orients, supervises and evaluates work performance and other personnel issues of all Direct Support staff.
- Schedules DSPs within the assigned living unit to ensure resident safety, supervision and quality services.
- Assists the QIDP in monitoring IHP goals, programs and related services.
- Review and monitor documentation on Care Tracker.
