About The Position

The Arc of the Quad Cities Area is seeking to fill two Residential Supervisor positions for their group homes. This is a full-time, exempt role requiring 40 hours per week. The position involves managing daily operations of group homes, ensuring they function smoothly and efficiently with the individuals' needs as the priority. The role requires flexibility, as the supervisor will be on call to address home needs and respond to calls outside regular working hours.
