About The Position

Have supervisory experience working in a residential setting for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities? The Arc of Cumberland and Perry Counties (CPARC) is seeking a full time Residential Supervisor for a group home that serves individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Opening located in Mechanicsburg. Supervisors provide supervision and direction in a residential setting to direct care staff and provide direct care to individuals with disabilities receiving services in the program to which they are assigned. This involves ensuring the health and safety of the individuals living at the assigned site, supervising/evaluating/training staff, sharing in on-call responsibility, weekly/monthly/annual paperwork, ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining a professional working relationship with the individuals' families, peers, subordinates, all "team" members, and other professionals as well as other duties as assigned. Our Residential Supervisors ONLY oversee ONE group home with 2 to 4 individuals

Requirements

High school diploma or it's equivalent
Valid Pennsylvania driver's license required
Supervisory experience
Experience in Residential Services

Responsibilities

Supervision and direction in a residential setting to direct care staff
Provide direct care to individuals with disabilities
Ensuring the health and safety of the individuals living at the assigned site
Supervising/evaluating/training staff
