About The Position
Oversee the daily operations of a residential group home, including supervision of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). The objective is to provide support and supervision to ensure high-quality care for individuals with developmental disabilities.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
- Current auto insurance.
- Ability to transport individuals safely.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to work in a human services setting with a favorable background check.

- Previous management experience.
- Experience working with persons with developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage DSPs, including training, performance evaluations, and scheduling.
- Ensure accurate management of individuals' funds.
- Oversee and document each individual's program plan.
- Monitor health and safety, ensure medical appointments are completed, and medications are administered properly.
- Maintain positive relationships with families, guardians, and support staff.
- Adhere to state and federal regulations, as well as Cardinal Services' policies and procedures.
- Create a supportive, fun environment for both individuals served and employees.
- Show a desire to positively impact the lives of others.
