About The Position
The Arc of Cumberland and Perry Counties (CPARC) is seeking a full-time Residential Supervisor for its apartment program serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Harrisburg. This role involves providing supervision and direction to direct care staff, as well as direct care to individuals with disabilities. The supervisor is responsible for ensuring the health and safety of residents, supervising and evaluating staff, participating in on-call duties, completing required paperwork, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining professional relationships with various stakeholders. Each Residential Supervisor oversees one group home with 2 to 4 individuals.
Requirements
- High school diploma or its equivalent.
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license.

Responsibilities
- Provide supervision and direction to direct care staff.
- Provide direct care to individuals with disabilities.
- Ensure the health and safety of individuals living at the assigned site.
- Supervise, evaluate, and train staff.
- Share in on-call responsibility.
- Complete weekly, monthly, and annual paperwork.
- Ensure regulatory compliance.
- Maintain professional working relationships with individuals' families, peers, subordinates, team members, and other professionals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
