About The Position

The Service Supervisor supervises a crew of Technicians and Mechanics responsible for maintaining equipment at CNG stations. This role involves performing maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and repairing equipment as needed by responding to service calls.

Requirements

• High school Diploma or equivalent required
• Experience maintaining basic mechanical or electrical systems
• 4 years of CNG or 6 years similar experience
• Working knowledge of Hazmat and OSHA regulations
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Data entry
• Team player
• Exceptional customer service
• Attention to detail
• Self motivated
• Good time management skill
• Ability to multitask
• Excellent analytical skills
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance on hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical equipment installed at CNG stations.
• Has daily oversight of Technicians and Mechanics in their responsible area.
• Monitors times, and employee daily assignments to make sure repairs are completed timely and customer expectations are met and exceeded.
• Orders supplies and parts as needed within company guidelines and purchasing expectations.
• Responds to service calls as required
• Other duties assigned as needed
