Requirements

  • A passion for the mental health field and helping others thrive.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to connect with a diverse population.
  • Reliability, patience, and a positive, team-focused attitude.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, Rehabilitation, or Human Services is required.
  • A valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and auto insurance with minimum coverage of 100,00/300,00 are essential.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, allowing us to meet the needs of those we serve.
  • CPR certification is required, or a willingness to obtain certification as part of your professional development.
  • MOAB (Management of Aggressive Behavior) certification is necessary, or the ability to pursue this certification.
  • He-M 1202 (Medication Management) certification is required, or the capability to achieve this certification.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in mental health or direct care setting is a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Provide Hands-On Support: Guide individuals through daily household tasks, meal preparation, and personal care (ADLs).
  • Empower Independence: Work one-on-one to help individuals develop skills, regain independence, and achieve their personal goals.
  • Facilitate Recovery: Assist with residential activities, implement service plans, and provide support in daily living.
  • Ensure Safety & Care: Manage medication according to NH guidelines and provide a safe, secure environment for residents.
