About The Position

Doyle Security Services, Inc. (DSS) is seeking an experienced Residential Site Director for a Residential Building in the Brooklyn Area. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining high standards of service, managing staff, and driving overall site performance.

Requirements

3–5+ years of management experience in residential operations, property management, or a related field
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience managing budgets and financial reporting
Ability to multitask and operate in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management or scheduling systems

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of the residential site, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards
Manage and supervise on-site staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, expenses, and cost control
Ensure resident satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally
Respond to tenant emergencies in a timely and effective manner, ensuring safety and proper resolution
Document and submit incident reports accurately and in accordance with company and regulatory requirements
Serve as a liaison between the property and local law enforcement and emergency services when needed
Coordinate maintenance, safety, and facility management activities
Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance site operations
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and quality standards
Lead weekly or monthly operational and financial review meetings
