About The Position
Doyle Security Services, Inc. (DSS) is seeking an experienced Residential Site Director in the Brooklyn Area for a Residential Building. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations at a residential property/site, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining high standards of service, managing staff, and driving overall site performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred)
- 3–5+ years of management experience in residential operations, property management, or a related field
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing budgets and financial reporting
- Ability to multitask and operate in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management or scheduling systems

Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the residential site, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards
- Manage and supervise on-site staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, expenses, and cost control
- Ensure resident satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally
- Respond to tenant emergencies in a timely and effective manner, ensuring safety and proper resolution
- Document and submit incident reports accurately and in accordance with company and regulatory requirements
- Serve as a liaison between the property and local law enforcement and emergency services when needed
- Coordinate maintenance, safety, and facility management activities
- Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance site operations
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and quality standards
- Lead weekly or monthly operational and financial review meetings
