About The Position
ABiLITY is hiring a Residential Services Manager to lead an Independent Supported Living home supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. This role is ideal for experienced Direct Support Professionals or human services professionals ready to grow into leadership. This is a single-site managerial role.
Requirements
- 18 years or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience
- Valid driver’s license, state minimum auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities (IDD) preferred
Responsibilities
- Supervise, coach, and support Direct Support Professionals
- Maintain full oversight of one residential location, including team performance, scheduling, and service quality
- Oversee daily operations within your assigned residential home
- Ensure quality care, health, safety, and state and agency compliance standards are met
- Coordinate scheduling and maintain 24/7 coverage
- Provide direct support as needed to support your team
