About The Position

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the following position: Position: Residential Services Manager/ADO The Residential Services Manager/ADO is responsible for the day-to-day administrative functions of the program, front desk, fire safety and evacuation management, and managing and coordinating with the contracted security team. Empower Residence is a 24/7 transitional housing program for women, operating under HRA/DSS guidelines. As an enhanced shelter, we support residents facing challenges such as mental health needs, substance use, unemployment, and poverty.

Requirements

  • Bachelors’ Degree with three years of relevant experience or satisfactory combination of education and experience.
  • Strong coordination skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational skills, accurate record keeping, computer skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day program services office functions (HR related items such as payroll, coordination of new hire onboarding, order and process invoices for office supplies, vendor and internal department related follows required).
  • Track, maintain and submit billing to the business office monthly (including occupancy and daily census).
  • Manage petty cash, metro cards and reconciliations. Maintain master inventory.
  • Handle confidential and non-routine information and explain procedures.
  • Manage front desk operations and schedule to ensure 24-hour coverage 7 days a week.
  • Ensure proper documentation of client admission, reporting of vacancies to DHS vacancy unit, client arrivals and departure procedures.
  • Manage client incidents, notifications and ensure all incidents are entered into CARES and AWARDS databases.
