About The Position

Heartline Staffing is recruiting Residential Services Aides for an on-site assignment at a Pennsylvania state-operated facility in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania. Residential Services Aides support adults with intellectual disabilities with personal care, daily routines, and activities designed to build and maintain independence.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of relevant care experience REQUIRED
• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care REQUIRED
• Ability to work effectively as part of a care team REQUIRED
• Ability to follow individualized support or training plans REQUIRED
• Ability to observe, document, and communicate changes in resident progress or needs REQUIRED
• Ability to successfully complete required clearances and onboarding REQUIRED
• Ability to complete paid Monday–Friday orientation REQUIRED

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living.
