About The Position
Heartline Staffing is recruiting Certified Nursing Assistants for full-time opportunities at South Mountain Restoration Center in South Mountain, Pennsylvania. Day, evening, and overnight shifts are available. Residents require nursing-home care and may have histories of serious psychiatric illness, dementia, or chronic physical and mental health conditions. Care is individualized with a focus on comfort, dignity, and helping residents maintain as much independence as possible.
Requirements
- Active registration on the Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry REQUIRED
- Minimum 6 months of CNA experience REQUIRED
- Availability to work assigned weekends and holidays REQUIRED
Nice To Haves
- Previous long-term care experience
- Experience caring for residents with dementia, psychiatric histories, or chronic physical and mental health conditions
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with hygiene, meals, comfort, and activities of daily living.
- Support restorative programs that help residents maintain independence.
- Communicate with residents using a calm and respectful approach.
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team.
- Follow resident care plans and infection-control procedures.
- Help maintain a safe and clean resident-care environment.
