About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide care to clients in Bourne, surrounding areas, and throughout Cape Cod. The organization describes a supportive care team where employees are valued, respected, and heard. The listed pay rate is $22–$25 per hour. Flexible scheduling and efforts to match aides with opportunities near their homes are offered.
Requirements
- At least one year of work experience, or a current HHA certificate or CNA license.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living.
- Provide light housekeeping.
- Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
- Assist with range-of-motion activities and exercises.
- Assist with transfers and use mechanical lifting devices.
- Assist with oral feeding.
- Check vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and respiration.
- Perform home management tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and bed making.
- Assist clients with ambulation.
- Provide medication assistance.
