About The Position
Crown Rehab & Healthcare is seeking a CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant to join their clinical team in maintaining a high level of resident care. This role is ideal for a CNA looking for a flexible schedule, competitive pay, and the opportunity to make a positive impact on patient care. The facility offers 12-hour shifts on Saturdays and Sundays.
Requirements
- Must have a current Missouri- MO CNA.
- Must be 18.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in their activities of daily living.
- Encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep their spirits healthy.
- Create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
- Maintain medical records and written documentation assuring accuracy, completeness and compliance with federal and state regulations, certification standards, legal and ethical standards.
- Transport assigned residents to and from appropriate dining areas.
- Feed or assist any resident as needed.
- Make frequent rounds and check on residents.
- Supervise nurse’s aides, making sure they are assisting and caring for residents appropriately.
- Assist CNA staff with direct resident care when necessary.
- Follow-up to ensure correction of any problems found.
