About The Position

Lenhart Electric, now part of In Charge Electric, is seeking an experienced Residential Service Tech for its growing Tampa team. This role will focus on electrical work for new construction homes, specifically involving slabs, tugs, and low voltage systems. The ideal candidate will be motivated, detail-oriented, and possess a strong "whatever it takes" mentality to represent a statewide leader in electrical services.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on electrical experience
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Strong problem-solving skills with a “whatever it takes” mentality
• Valid driver’s license required with clean driving history
• Must be willing to undergo pre-employment screenings, including criminal background check, driving record, and drug screen

Nice To Haves

• Experience doing slabs, tugs and low volts for new construction homes

Responsibilities

• Slabs, tugs, and low volts
• Troubleshoot & diagnose electrical issues, delivering timely, code-compliant solutions
• Must be able to read blueprints
