About The Position

Lenhart Electric, now part of In Charge Electric, is building a strong Tampa Residential department and is seeking a Field Supervisor. This role oversees daily field operations and leads electrical crews to ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with electrical codes and company standards. The position involves crew leadership, training, field coordination, and performing hands-on electrical work as needed. Requirements

• Knowledge of electrical plans and local codes
• 4 plus years’ experience in Residential electrical construction
• Clean driving history
• Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment criminal, driving and drug screen
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Train, mentor, and develop field personnel to ensure adherence to company quality, safety, and workmanship standards
• Ensure technicians are following NEC requirements, state and local codes, and internal safety policies
• Lead by example in safe work practices and proper electrical installation techniques
• Review daily schedules and provide direction to field crews
• Monitor job progress and crew performance to ensure efficiency and consistency
• Address workmanship issues and provide corrective guidance when standards are not met
• Communicate with management and office staff regarding job status, crew needs, and field conditions
• Identify and report safety hazards, job site issues, or operational concerns
• Assist with electrical installations, repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting as required
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in safe operating condition
• Complete required documentation such as daily reports, time records, and job notes
