About The Position

Lenhart Electric, now part of In Charge Electric, is seeking an experienced Residential Service Tech for its growing Orlando team. This role focuses on electrical work for new construction homes, specifically involving slabs, tugs, and low voltage systems. The ideal candidate will be motivated, detail-oriented, and possess a strong problem-solving ability with a "whatever it takes" mentality. This is an opportunity to join a statewide leader in electrical services and contribute to building the Orlando Residential department.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on electrical experience.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a “whatever it takes” mentality.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment screenings (criminal background check, driving record, drug screen).

• Experience with slabs, tugs, and low volts for new construction homes.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical work on slabs, tugs, and low voltage systems for new construction homes.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues.
• Deliver timely, code-compliant solutions.
