About The Position

72 Degrees Air Conditioning & Heating is hiring a Residential Service Plumber to serve residential customers in the Fredericksburg area. The role involves diagnosing plumbing issues, recommending and selling repairs, and performing plumbing repairs. The company offers hourly pay during training and commission pay after training, with unlimited earning potential. The plumber will also be able to guide and train an apprentice.

Requirements

• A Tradesman, Journeyman, or Masters Plumbing License.
• A valid driver’s license with no major violations within the last 3 years.
• Ability to guide and train an apprentice.
• Ability to use an iPad and Service Titan software.
• Customer service skills to diagnose issues and sell repairs to customers.
• Experience with plumbing repairs, including leak location, tankless water heaters, water filtration, tank-type water heaters, plumbing fixtures, drain cleaning, and drain line replacement.
