About The Position

Legacy Heating and Air is hiring an experienced Residential Service Plumber in Elkhart, Indiana, serving Elkhart and surrounding areas. The role offers year-round work, hourly base pay with uncapped commission, and weekly pay. Plumbers diagnose residential plumbing problems, explain repair and replacement options, and perform plumbing service, repair, maintenance, and installation work. The company provides a stocked vehicle and the tools, support, and autonomy needed to do the job.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of residential plumbing experience.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and professionally in customers’ homes.
• Basic tablet and computer proficiency.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose residential plumbing issues and present repair or replacement options.
• Perform service, repair, and maintenance on plumbing systems.
• Install and repair water heaters, fixtures, valves, drains, and piping.
• Communicate clearly with customers and deliver high-quality service.
• Create accurate job notes, estimates, and invoices in ServiceTitan.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and company vehicle.
