Requirements

Current Washington State Journeyman Plumbing License (PL01) or Residential Plumbing License (PL02) required.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain solutions and recommendations to homeowners in a clear, professional manner.
A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering five-star service.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems.
Install and replace water heaters, fixtures, piping, drains, and plumbing components.
Perform residential plumbing service, maintenance, and repair work safely and efficiently.
Educate homeowners on plumbing concerns and clearly explain repair and replacement options so they can make informed decisions.
Build trust with customers by providing honest recommendations and exceptional service.
Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every service call.
Maintain accurate service documentation and job notes.
Follow all company safety procedures and local plumbing codes.
