We’re looking for an experienced Plumber who knows residential service, takes pride in clean work, and understands how to earn a homeowner’s trust. If you’ve been in the trade long enough to spot a well-run shop when you see one — this is that kind of place. Our successful plumbers make between 60K and 120K per year. Requirements
- Solid residential plumbing service experience.
- Ability to provide performance data on Total Sales, Close Percentage, and Average ticket.
- Comfortable running your own calls and talking to homeowners.
- Responsible and care about doing clean, professional work.
- Career-minded individuals who want structure, management support, opportunity for GROWTH and accountability.
- Committed work history.
- Ability to pass background and drug screen (no THC) upon offer.
- Minimum of two years’ clean driving record with valid license.
