Requirements
- Residential service plumbing experience required
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Experience diagnosing and repairing residential plumbing systems
- Strong knowledge of water heaters, drain cleaning, fixture replacements, and leak repairs
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving and background record
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Pride in delivering quality workmanship
- Team player as we support all of our team members.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems.
- Install and replace water heaters (tank, tankless, hybrid, power vent, gas & electric), faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, water filtration & softener systems, fixtures and shut-off valves.
- Repair leaks, drains, water lines, and sewer issues.
- Perform plumbing inspections and clearly explain repair options to homeowners.
- Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining a clean and professional work area.
- Accurately document work performed using our mobile app.
- Provide five-star customer service on every visit and get bonus.
