About The Position
R.J. Kielty Plumbing, Air Conditioning & Electric is hiring a high-level Residential Service Plumber to serve the Greater Tampa / Brandon area. The company has been in business since 1973 and has built a reputation on quality workmanship, strong systems, and consistent demand. This is an opportunity for a technician who knows how to diagnose problems, communicate with customers, and produce to earn at a high level. The service area includes the Greater Tampa / Brandon and surrounding communities. Technicians are dispatched from home after onboarding and a short onboarding period at the New Port Richey office. The role offers consistent, year-round work with efficient dispatching to keep drive time reasonable.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of residential service plumbing experience
- Strong diagnostic ability and confidence presenting solutions
- Proven ability to produce and close work in a residential setting
- Valid Florida driver’s license with clean record
- Must be 21+ (insurance requirement)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
Responsibilities
- Run residential plumbing service calls and perform repairs
- Diagnose issues and present clear, professional solutions to customers
- Repair water heaters, fixtures, drains, faucets, and piping systems
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional presence in customers’ homes
