Responsibilities

• Help customers with various electrical needs, from installations to repairs, ranging from basic fixtures to replacing electrical panels and wiring.
• Perform complex troubleshooting of electrical systems.
• Interact with homeowners to deliver excellent customer service and build confidence in their home's safety.
• Ensure the safety of oneself and others, leaving homes safer than before.
• Identify and present opportunities and solutions to customers to enhance the safety of their family and property.
