Demonstrated experience with Residential Service Upgrades (Required)
Demonstrated experience with Electrical Panel Replacements (Required)
Demonstrated experience with EV Charger Installations (Required)
Demonstrated experience with Residential Troubleshooting & Diagnostics (Required)
Demonstrated experience with Residential Electrical Repair & Service Work
Demonstrated experience with Customer-Facing Residential Service
Demonstrated experience with Lighting, Receptacles, Switches, and Circuit Installations
Demonstrated experience with Electrical Code Compliance
High School Diploma or GED
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to read electrical diagrams, plans, and specifications
Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
Wisconsin Residential Journeyman Electrician License OR Wisconsin Journeyman Electrician License OR Wisconsin Master Electrician License OR have sufficient documented hours to sit for the Wisconsin Residential Journeyman Electrician examination and obtain the license within 30 days of hire.
Candidates licensed in another state must obtain a Wisconsin Residential Journeyman Electrician License within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and troubleshoot residential electrical issues.
Repair and maintain residential electrical systems.
Identify code violations and safety concerns.
Test electrical systems and components to ensure proper operation.
Perform residential electrical repairs and maintenance in occupied homes.
Perform residential service upgrades and service replacements.
Install and replace electrical panels and breakers.
Install and service EV charging stations.
Install lighting, receptacles, switches, circuits, and electrical equipment.
Complete electrical work in accordance with NEC, Wisconsin code requirements, and company standards.
Assist with generator and specialty electrical installations as needed.
Meet directly with homeowners to evaluate project needs.
Develop accurate estimates, quotes, and scopes of work.
Recommend solutions that address customer concerns and improve safety.
Identify labor, material, and equipment requirements.
Clearly communicate recommendations and project details.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every service call.
Complete service tickets and work orders accurately.
Document troubleshooting findings and repairs.
Maintain communication with customers and internal team members.
Manage materials and job-related documentation.
