Requirements

• Background in dispatching, customer service, scheduling, or administration (HVAC or home services experience is a big plus).
• Tech-forward mindset with familiarity in ServiceTitan or similar scheduling software, alongside MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Top-notch communication, organizational abilities, and a knack for sharp problem-solving under pressure.
• A positive attitude, dependability, and a commitment to delivering stellar customer experiences every day.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily maintenance schedules and dispatch technicians using industry-leading software (ServiceTitan).
• Be the welcoming voice on incoming calls, execute "Happy Calls," and build long-term relationships that drive trust and agreement renewals.
• Keep our technicians supplied, informed, and equipped for seamless job execution and high productivity.
• Partner with sales coordinators on equipment leads, manage non-stock part orders, and spot system repair and enhancement opportunities.
• Ensure accurate job documentation, support commercial and demand service calls, and step up with field support whenever needed.
