Requirements
- Exceptional Customer Service
- Proficient with technology and using multiple software and applications
- Ability to type quickly to process visitors and employees efficiently.
- Speak clearly and concisely
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to conduct foot patrols frequently
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Must have experience in providing detailed case reports.
- Excellent computer skills with high level of proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Maintain the highest ethical and professional standards.
- Must be able to multi-task and self-manage in a dynamic environment.
Nice To Haves
- Customer service experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Performing security patrols of designated areas by foot.
- Observing for any conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
- Maintaining access control of premises and monitoring entrances and exits.
- Attending to the front desk, and greeting customers.
- Providing a high level of customer service and assistance to clients, client employees, and visitors in a polite and professional manner.
- Patrolling buildings and parking areas.
- Identifying unsafe conditions and improperly secured areas/property to help prevent theft, injuries, or damages.
- Projects a positive image in dress and decorum.
- Maintains regular, consistent attendance record.
- Knowledgeable of and adhere to all rules and regulations, policies, and orders.
- Interacts with guests and employees in a professional manner.
