About The Position

ABC Home & Commercial Services is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to support the continued growth of our South Florida operation. We're looking for individuals who are passionate about building relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and helping them find the right solutions for their pest control needs. If you're competitive, self-motivated, highly coachable, and thrive in a performance-based environment, we'd love to hear from you. Sales experience is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate will be a socially poised, risk-taking and persuasive extrovert who likes change and innovation while controlling the big picture. Requirements

  • Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record for past 5yrs.
  • Must be located within the South Florida area.
  • Self starter with high level customer service skills.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screening and physical.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
  • Existing South Florida professional network is a plus.
  • Experience calling on commercial decision makers.
  • Experience building relationships through networking and prospecting.
  • CRM experience preferred.
  • Experience with Sales force preferred.
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate products and service features/advantages/benefits and identify customer’s needs and expectations.
  • Educate prospects and customers on the value of ABC services.
  • Responsible for the achievements of new sales growth goals and achieving quotas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and have continued contact with follow-up phone calls and or visits as needed.
  • Instrumental in developing cross-divisional sales opportunities particularly with Add-On Sales with products and services.
  • Complete all documentation prior to, during and after the sales call.
