About The Position
Capital Heating, Cooling, Electric and Plumbing is looking to add 2 salespeople to our team. This role involves working retail hours and executing against provided leads. The ideal candidate will have experience in complex sales environments, the ability to learn quickly, and can sell solutions ranging from $10,000 to $50,000 and above. Strong communication skills, high energy, and a commitment to providing excellent customer experiences are essential. The role also requires tracking sales metrics and a willingness to engage in training and coaching for continuous growth. This position offers a significant earning potential, with a requirement to demonstrate a verifiable history of earning over $100,000 and a drive to exceed $150,000. Top performers can earn over $230,000 annually, excluding benefits. Requirements
- Accomplished salesperson.
- Ability to work retail hours.
- Knowledge of home services is a plus, but not required if you have a history of sales success in a complex sales environment.
- Ability to learn quickly and retain knowledge.
- Adept at selling solutions within the ranges of $10,000 to $50,000 (and above).
- Well spoken, can command a room’s attention, and maintain high energy levels in a positive manner.
- Ability to provide each customer with a fantastic customer experience tailored to them.
- Hold yourself to higher standards.
- Accustomed to tracking your sales behavior(s) and metrics as a source of effectiveness and improvement.
- Understand and accept training and coaching as a source of consistent growth.
- Verifiable history of earning in excess of $100,000.
- Need to quickly surpass $150,000.
